The people, the products, the mission! Management and staff are top-notch, many coming from large-company backgrounds while embracing the entrepreneurial spirit of the Direct Sales/MLM industry. Very caring, genuine, empathetic, inclusive. The products are fantastic - it's very easy to jump on board with the mission of delivering "whole health" to the world.

So far, the company has struggled to grow and evolve into a market leader. Over the past 8 years, since its founding, there have been many ups and downs, and the Sales have not sustained an upward trajectory. Employee turnover has been issue, and bonuses have not always been paid due to the inconsistency of profits. There is a lack of professional development for employees, since budgets are tight. A new employee should be ready to hit the ground running from day one.

Advice to Management

Find a way to deliver profits, to pay bonuses, and provide ongoing personal development opportunities for your employees. Stay transparent during good and bad times. Continue to lead with your personal values, and good things should come your way down the road.
